Getting Your COVID-19 Test Results
Our partners at Empire City Laboratory (ECL) have made accessing your COVID-19 test results quick and easy using your mobile device!
Step 1:
After your home visit, you’ll receive a text message from the laboratory with a link and an access/verification code. (SMS, message, and/or data rates may apply)
Step 2:
Click the link in the text message, then type in your first and last name. In the field marked “Enter Access Code”, enter the access/verification code provided in the text message.
Step 3:
View your results! Note that positive findings for COVID-19 will be displayed in bold red letters, and the word “detected” will appear under the “Out of Range” column.

Speedy Sticks is a concierge medical services company, not a laboratory. While we can estimate when you may receive your results, turnaround times ultimately come down to the lab processing your results. You may also use the laboratory’s secure portal to view the status of your test results. If you do not have text messaging capabilities, the laboratory may contact you via email. Please be sure to check your spam and junk folders of your email to ensure that you do not miss any emails from any of the laboratories we work with.
COVID-19 PCR Nasal Swab
If you suspect that you presently have the virus, your doctor will likely recommend that you get the COVID-19 PCR Nasal Swab. This test will tell you whether or not you have an active COVID-19 infection.
Turnaround Time: Results are usually ready within 3 to 5 days.
Expedited COVID-19 PCR Nasal Swab
Like the COVID-19 PCR Nasal Swab, this test will reveal whether or not you have an active COVID-19 infection. The difference is that you will get your results sooner.
Turnaround Time: Results are usually ready within 2 to 3 days.
Rapid COVID-19 Antigen Test
Known for its unmatched efficiency, the Rapid COVID-19 Antigen Test can determine if you have the virus within 15 minutes. The test is administered via nasal swab.
Turnaround Time: Results are yielded in under 15 minutes.
COVID-19 Antibody Testing
The COVID-19 Antibody Test can determine if you carry the antibodies associated with COVID-19. If the test comes back positive, that means that you were at some point infected, even if you are not currently ill. The COVID-19 Antibody Test requires a blood test rather than a nasal swab
