Can you collect blood for any lab or test provider?

You’ll need to supply the actual lab kit from your provider (including instructions and any included labels or forms). However, our phlebotomists bring all other required materials for the blood draw—including needles, tourniquets, bandages, backup tubes, a centrifuge (if needed), and proper specimen handling supplies.

Do I need a doctor’s order, or can I book without one?

We work with most major labs including Everlywell, MyMycoLab, Genova Diagnostics, Vibrant America, and many more. Just upload your instructions during booking.

Is shipping or drop-off of my sample included?

Many kits already include the order. If yours requires one separately, please include it with your appointment request.

Can you spin, process, or freeze my sample if needed?

Yes. We follow your kit’s shipping instructions and either prepare it for courier pickup or drop it off at the designated carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.).

How do I schedule a home visit, and how soon can you come?

If your test requires centrifugation or other prep, let us know during booking. We’ll assign a phlebotomist equipped to handle it.

Do you offer mobile blood draws for kids, seniors, or hard sticks?

Yes. If you have more than one person needing a kit-based blood draw at the same address, we can accommodate that in a single visit. Just let us know how many people and kits when booking.

Can I book for more than one person at the same address?

No problem. We schedule draws based on shipping windows and ensure your sample is prepared and sent out on the same day when required. Please upload your kit instructions during booking so we can plan accordingly.

Do you handle dry ice or frozen samples?

Currently, we do not transport or prepare dry ice/frozen specimens. If your kit requires freezing, please contact us first so we can confirm if your specific situation can be accommodated.
