Mariah Graham is the organizations’ assistant director of project management. She oversees the daily scheduling and inventory of our clinical and ancillary staff, constructing their daily assignments to provide punctual services for our clients. She monitors all project processes and operations for time and resource efficiencies, cost management and process improvement opportunities.
Mariah has created systems where she undertakes external industry engagement with peers, infrastructures and clients to develop market solutions to operational challenges, as well as training employees and providing tooling for the automation of business processes.She is in daily contact with the executive team at the organization working on projects and solutions to automate operations, infrastructure and delivery of service.
In pursuit of furthering her education, she embarked on a higher education journey, by enrolling in the business program at CUNY- The College of Staten Island in New York City, which she is anticipated to finish in May 2022 with her bachelor’s of science in business with a marketing concentration. As a native New Yorker, she enjoys being active in her community. During her free time, she enjoys animals, travel and reading.
Timothy A. Aldrich, AGACNP-BC is organizations’ medical consultant, he brings with him over 20 years of experience as a health care professional. Mr. Aldrich’s career started as a registered nurse in various patient care settings particularly, providing critical/emergency nursing care in several emergency departments in New York City and New Jersey. He also held various administrative and managerial roles that included being the nurse manager in the Emergency Department, Electrophysiology/Cath lab as well as being a Quality Management Specialist of Lenox Hill Hospital.
During his 2013-2018 tenure as a quality management specialist, he created the “Sepsis Toolbox” that was presented at the High Reliability Conference in Washington DC and was implemented throughout the Northwell Health System. As an aspiring provider, he obtained certifications in emergency medicine, pediatrics and critical care, completed bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and then pursued graduate studies as a nurse practitioner.
As a nurse practitioner, he practiced as a hospitalist within the Northwell Health System as well as a private care practice provider and urgent care clinics. He also serves as the co-founder and clinical director for OneCare Health, a NYC based urgent care. He holds hospital privileges and serves as a consultant and clinical director for several health care organizations. During his free time Mr. Aldrich enjoys fitness, traveling, reading, scuba diving, sky diving, and spartan competitions.
Kevin Zurita is the organizations’ operations manager; he has been with the company since its inception. Mr. Zurita is a seasoned veteran in the health care industry. He has a diverse background including expertise in healthcare administration, management, client relations, rehabilitative medicine, behavioral health and customer service. In this role his duties include but are not limited to oversight of daily operations, customer service, business relationships, revenue cycle management, human resource, inventory/ logistics, and business development.
His previous experience includes employment with: Northwell Health, Richmond Center for Rehab and Rent-A-Center having held appointment at various leadership levels throughout the organizations. Aside from his professional life, on his free time Mr. Zurita enjoys time with his wife and two beautiful children, traveling, fine dining and social outings.
Nicholas Manages and oversees a vast amount of Corporate/Company accounts.
Working in tandem with executives of a variety of different companies and organizations to figure out the best solutions in health care needs and what can keep their employees safe.
Nicholas has years of experience in the financial world as well as Business to Business sales starting off his career on wall street and transitioning into helping pave the way for the new future of Medical and health care services.
In his spare time Nicholas enjoys keeping fit physically and mentally. Frequently going to the gym and making meditation an important part of each day.
Daniel Buitrago is the co-founder and chief innovation officer for Speedy Sticks. His responsibilities include providing the best solutions to our clients across the nation, managing and executing the technology strategy that delivers the corporate vision through the use of situationally appropriate technologies, effective agile processes, and highly effective teams. He also drives process improvements with technology and operation implementation. Mr. Buitrago recognizes promising ideas and finds way to introduce them into the organization’s future plans and discard ideas that are ineffective, and costly.
He conducts due diligence processes on the capabilities of the other partners and evaluates the various alternatives for venture, growth, operations and capital.Mr. Buitrago currently holds appointment as the vice president of investments for Revere Securities. Previous experience includes appointment as a private wealth management consultant, wealth management associate, and investment advisor.
Mr. Buitrago holds his undergraduate degree from the City University of New York- College of Staten Island in investments and securities. He has licensures and certifications with: NASAA and FINRA: Series 66 and Series 7. His expertise includes asset management, public equity, private equity, business development and investment advisory.
Mr. Buitrago has raised, advised and consulted on capital, revenue, and investments for various startups through his career. He is a 10-year veteran of the finance industry. Prior to Speedy Sticks, Mr. Buitrago served in senior leadership roles at several leading finance industry organizations. Mr. Buitrago has witnessed and played an active role in the significant transformation of the finance industry from a purely global services business, to one where physician partnerships and revenue generating business models are integral to the industry.
Mr. Buitrago has established himself as a subject matter expert and proven leader who understands how to build a sales team, grow capital and is capable of success in an increasingly competitive and challenging industry. In addition to his roles and responsibilities he is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategy as it pertains to new markets, tests, and services.

As the Co-founder and CEO of Speedy Sticks, Dr. Jeremy Jacob, PharmD serves as the visionary entrepreneur for the company. He leads the development of the company’s long- and short-term strategies to realize the vision of growing Speedy Sticks into a nationwide digital healthcare company that revolutionizes the medical services sector and the healthcare workforce at large. With innovative proprietary technology being built, Speedy Sticks is poised to become the largest of its kind.
Dr. Jacob has an audacious vision that will propel Speedy Sticks to be the leading digital healthcare provider in the country and change the way millions of healthcare workers serve their community. Through his leadership Dr. Jacob fosters a culture of meaningful work and meaningful relationships garnered through upholding values in growth, innovation, and mutual respect.
Prior to his position at Speedy Sticks, Dr. Jacob was appointed as a pharmacist in the retail pharmacy sector where he led, inspired, and developed pharmacy support staff by balancing assignments that maximized colleagues’ strengths, addressed development opportunities, and decreased knowledge gaps. By identifying critical business opportunities, he contributed to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance by leading teams to achieve specified key performance indicators. He moreover helped apply acquired knowledge to drive profitable outcomes and differentiate the business from its competitors.
During his time as a student at Long Island University Dr. Jacob served as President for the Christian Fellowship Club on campus. He coordinated community outreach events, managed daily operations, and worked hand-in-hand with fellow students and faculty members, crafting his leadership skills and pursuing a mission to grow the vision and influence of the organization.
Dr. Jacob received his doctorate degree in pharmacy (PharmD) from the renowned Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY, and holds licensure in New York and New Jersey. Dr. Jacob is a native Staten Islander, and in his free time he engages in martial arts, stock options trading, meditating, and reading.
Dr. Carlos M. Barrera is the founder and president for Speedy Sticks. He previously served as the company’s CEO from inception to May 2021. He is responsible for overseeing all operations, relationships, revenue, business development and overseeing the prioritization and coordination of service line integration efforts across Speedy Sticks. He founded Speedy Sticks to make health care services more accessible and convenient.
Dr. Barrera has a track record for founding, opening, leading and managing health care companies to a level of great sustainability, professional relationships and capital. Aside from his clinical duties, he executes administrative duties. His clinical areas of interest include physical medicine, chiropractic medicine, musculoskeletal medicine, emergency medicine, laboratory medicine, primary care and orthopedics.
He has always had a passion for executive leadership and management, prior to him becoming a physician he held various managerial roles for various health care systems/hospitals. In addition to his role at Speedy Sticks, Dr. Barrera also serves as the Physician-in Chief/CEO of OneCare Health a NYC based urgent care, which he founded. From the years 2017-2019, he served as the founder and CEO of HealthCare Navigation Consultants a NYC based health care consulting firm which was absorbed by a non-profit. He is currently in both hospital and private practice where he sees patients and carries out administrative duties.
He is a sought-out lecturer and has served as a guest lecturer on various forums/panels on health care reform, careers in medicine, mentorship, barriers/diversity in medicine, and various other topics in medicine, health care, and health care administration.
Dr. Barrera holds his doctorate degree from The University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. His undergraduate degrees from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Barrera’s love for academia and health care administration has him currently pursuing his Master of Science degree in health care administration back at his undergraduate alma mater; St. Francis College.
He also partakes in pro-bono work and community service. His volunteer experience includes previous affiliations with New York Road Runners Medical staff, ParaDocs Worldwide Medical staff, Make the Road NY/CT Medical staff/lecturer, and Project Hospitality amongst others. He is a lifelong member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.
Dr. Barrera has been featured on NY1 News, Thrive Global, Staten Island Advance and S.I live. During his free time, he enjoys fitness, community service, traveling, and research.
