Compensation
$20 – $50 per completed appointment
Compensation is paid per completed visit — not hourly. At a typical pace of 5 appointments per session, phlebotomists commonly earn $100 – $250 in 4–5 hours, which works out to roughly $25 – $50 per effective hour. Earnings grow with the volume of appointments you complete.

Requirements
Here's what we require
- Current phlebotomy certification (NPA, ASCP, AMT, or Illinois equivalent)
- At least 6 months of clinical or mobile phlebotomy experience
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle preferred; transit-accessible routes available for select zones)
- Professional, patient-centered communication style
- Ability to manage documentation and specimen logistics independently
About the role
This is a part-time mobile phlebotomist position serving patients across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Ideal for certified phlebotomists looking to supplement income or transition into a fully mobile role with growth potential.
What you will do
- Perform blood draws in patient homes across assigned Chicago-area zones
- Follow Speedy Sticks collection protocols and partner lab requirements
- Manage specimen labeling, packaging, and routing per order type
- Deliver a professional, compassionate experience for every patient
Schedule & pay
Part-time shifts available mornings and weekends. Per-draw compensation with the option to increase hours as volume grows. Coverage zones include the North Side, South Side, Lincoln Park, Evanston, and Oak Park.

Step 02
Submit documents & get approved
Our team reviews your application, verifies credentials, and runs a background check. Once approved, your profile is activated and you gain full access to the platform.
Step 03
Complete onboarding
Work through your onboarding entirely inside the app — orientation quiz, policies and procedures, collection protocols, and chain-of-custody requirements. Complete at your own pace before your first appointment.
Step 04
Browse appointments near you
Once active, the app shows you available patient appointments in your area in real time. Browse by date, time, and distance — you choose which ones to claim based on your schedule.
Step 05
Claim, get approved & receive supplies
Claim the appointment through the app. Our back-office team reviews and approves your request, then ships any specific supplies or test kits needed. Appointment-specific training and patient prep notes are provided in-app before you arrive.
Step 06
Complete the visit & submit your workflow
Perform the draw, follow the collection protocol, and submit your entire workflow through the app — patient verification, specimen labeling, chain of custody, and pickup or drop-off confirmation. Our team and the patient are updated in real time.
Step 07
Get paid — biweekly, per appointment
Pay accrues automatically after each completed appointment. Payroll runs biweekly — deposited directly through the app. Chat support, back-office communication, and payroll history are all inside the platform.
