How at-home lab kit collection works
A lab kit is a pre-packaged specimen collection set ordered through a diagnostic company, specialty lab, or your healthcare provider. The kit arrives at your home with collection tubes, requisition forms, and prepaid return shipping — but the blood draw itself still requires a trained professional. That is where Speedy Sticks comes in.
Our certified phlebotomists visit your home with all necessary supplies, review your kit instructions, and collect the specimen according to the lab's exact protocol — correct tube types, fill volumes, and temperature requirements. They seal and label everything before leaving, so your sample reaches the processing lab in the right condition.
We support a wide range of kit categories: hormone panels, micronutrient assessments, genetic screening draws, cardiovascular markers, autoimmune panels, and specialty send-out tests from functional and integrative medicine providers. If your kit requires a venipuncture blood draw, we can likely support it — check the directory below or contact us with your kit details.
Results are returned directly through the ordering lab or provider portal — the same channel you would receive them if you had gone to a patient service center. Speedy Sticks handles the collection leg; the lab handles processing and reporting.
