Coverage FAQ
How many states does Speedy Sticks serve?
All 50 states. Coverage density varies — major metropolitan areas have the widest availability, with expanding service in suburban and rural markets. Confirm your specific address at booking.
What is the difference between Speedy Sticks and Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp?
Quest and LabCorp operate fixed patient service centers — you travel to them. Speedy Sticks is a mobile collection service — our phlebotomist travels to you. The downstream lab is the same: if your order is directed to Quest, the specimen goes to Quest. Only the collection location changes.
Is the service fee covered by insurance?
The Speedy Sticks mobile collection fee ($100 starting) is a self-pay patient expense — it is not currently billed to commercial insurance. HSA and FSA funds are typically eligible. Laboratory processing fees are billed separately to your insurance by Quest, LabCorp, or your reference lab, exactly as they would be from a patient service center visit.
Are Speedy Sticks phlebotomists certified?
Yes. Every phlebotomist holds active national certification from ASCP, AMT, or NHA — the three recognized national certification bodies. These credentials require passing a standardized examination and maintaining continuing education.
Does Speedy Sticks serve homebound patients?
Yes. Home draws for homebound, mobility-limited, and elderly patients are one of the most common use cases. A physician order or lab requisition is required, just as it would be at a patient service center. The phlebotomist comes to your home with all necessary supplies.
Where is Speedy Sticks headquartered?
Speedy Sticks LLC is headquartered at 1016 Clare Avenue Suite 5, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The company is a BBB Accredited Business. Phone: +1-347-292-9570.
