Draw
- Draw 10 mL EDTA (purple) per draw and a 5 mL SST. [X1]

Right after collection
Processing
- EDTA: invert 8 to 10 times. Don't spin. Refrigerate at 2 to 8 C. [X1]
- SST: invert 5 times, clot 30 minutes, spin 10 to 15 minutes at 3000 RPM. Ship the spun SST. Don't pour off the serum. [X1]
