The process
Step by step

Before the visit
Prep
- Freeze both cold packs at least 12 hours. Register the kit online. [H1]
- Fast at least 10 hours. Water is okay. [H1]
- Collect Monday to Wednesday, not before a holiday. [H1]

Collect
- Warm the upper arm with the heat pack for 4 minutes, clean it, and apply the device with the pink tube, then the gold tube. [H1] Follow the instructions in your kit.
