Aristotle is a metabolomics test that uses a dried blood spot card. [T1][T2]

   Before the visit

   Prep

   • Register the test at therio.me/register with the code in the kit. [T1]
   • Fast 8 hours with water only, and collect within 1 hour of waking. [T2]
   • Keep taking your usual supplements and prescriptions. [T1]

   Collection

   Collect

   • Wash and dry your hands, and wave your hand downward for about 20 seconds. [T1]
   • Wipe your middle finger and let it dry, then use the lancet on the side of the fingertip. [T1]
   • Let one large hanging drop fall onto each circle until it's full. You need two spots, each larger than 7 mm. Don't touch the paper. [T1]
   • Write your name and the date on the card. [T1]

   Right after collection

   Processing

   • Dry the card in its sleeve for 3 hours. [T1]
   • Put it in the foil bag, leaving the drying agent inside, and seal the bag. [T1]
   • The card is stable for up to 10 weeks at room temperature. [T2]

   Get it to the lab

   Shipping

   • Put the foil bag in the envelope and mail it. [T1]
