Before the visit
Prep
- Unless your physician says otherwise, stop aspirin and NSAIDs such as ibuprofen 2 days before. [G1]
- Discuss medications with your physician. [G1]

Collection
Collect
- Wear the glove and collect stool in the tray. Don't let urine or toilet water touch it. [G1]
- Fill the clear-top tube to the fill line with the built-in scoop from different areas, then cap it tightly. [G1]

Right after collection
Processing
- Refrigerate the tubes in the biohazard bag until shipping. Do not freeze. [G1]

Get it to the lab
Shipping
- Confirm every tube has your date of birth and collection date. Put the biohazard bag in the box. [G1]
- At gdx.net/activate, enter the final collection date and stool consistency to get a confirmation code. Write it on the activation card and put the card in the box. [G1]
- Seal the box in the FedEx bag and drop it at an authorized FedEx location. Ship Monday to Friday and avoid US holidays. [G1]

No. Speedy Sticks only does venipuncture. You collect this kit yourself.
What if I see a worm?
Put it in a clean glass jar with rubbing alcohol, write WORM on it, and return it with the kit. [G1]
Do I stop ibuprofen?
Yes, 2 days before, unless your physician says otherwise. [G1]
